Finishing Processes (Cut & Fold)

MQL printed labels are processed using hi-tech ultrasonic cut & fold machines to give a soft and perfect finish. The finishing unit is capable of processing up to 20 lakh printed labels per day. Stringent quality checking measures are followed at every stage of production and delivery ensuring customer trust and satisfaction.

Ultrasonic Label Slitting Process

Ultrasonic slit edges for the labels impart a perfect finish to both sides of the labels with sharp, un-frayed edges resulting in an ultra smooth finish.

These specialized machineries cater to customer requirements in a precise manner.

Laser Cutting Process

Woven badges are finished with laser cutting process to ensure soft edges and conform to International Quality Standards as per customer requirements.

Inventory of Raw Materials

MQL sources the raw materials such as ribbons, tapes, and ink with different specifications in huge bulk purchase and large stock of materials in ready-to-use condition.

We also have an inventory of yarns in large quantities with the availability of 3000 different shades. We maintain a large inventory system in the factory premises.
