Computerized Woven Labels

MQL woven labels are made using high-end machines using micro-weave technology with a capacity to produce up to 12 colour weft possibilities to meet the entire global customer need. In a given day, the machines produce more than 10 lakh pieces of computerized woven labels. The unit is equipped with 9 fully automatic, electronically controlled European Jacquard Weaving machines including the world class Dornier Air jet looms.

Elegant labels are produced in different classifications such as,

• Woven taffeta labels
• Woven damask labels
• woven satin damask labels
• Double side woven satin patch labels
• Puller labels
• Woven continuous tapes

All the above woven labels are produced using different yarn qualities like polyester, cotton, and metallic yarns. Custom made woven badges with soft edges by MQL are quite well known in the industry.
